Find the checkout
Search Orders by email, order ID, or payment intent ID. Abandoned checkouts never create paid orders — recovery flows are separate.
Inventory holds
Oversell protection may reserve stock at checkout start. Expired holds release automatically; force-release only if your playbook allows it.
Fulfillment
Paid orders need a fulfillment transition for tracking emails. Partial fulfillments are supported for multi-item carts.
Refunds
Refunds restock when configured. Document the return window on the storefront so support and automation stay aligned.
