Add a method
Under Settings Billing Payment methods, add a card or approved alternate method. Set one method as primary for renewals.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, we email the billing contact and retry on a short schedule. Update the card before the grace period ends to avoid publish locks.
Primary method
Only Admins can change the primary method. Removing the last valid method does not cancel the plan — update billing before the next cycle.
