Upgrade
Open Settings Billing Plan and choose a higher tier. Upgrades prorate and apply immediately so you can use new capacity the same day.
Downgrade or cancel
Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Confirm the end date on the Plan page before you leave. You can reverse a scheduled cancellation until that date.
What stays live
Sites, stores, and apps remain online through the paid period. After cancellation, publish rights pause; we keep a recovery window so you can export or restart without surprise deletion.
Managed retainers
Fully managed pricing is scoped after discovery. Changes to retainer capacity go through your success contact — not self-serve plan toggles. See pricing for engagement models.
