Who can invite
Only Admins can invite new members. Editors and Viewers can collaborate on sites they already access but cannot expand the workspace roster.
Send an invite
- Open Settings Team.
- Choose Invite and enter a work email.
- Pick a role before sending.
- Teammates accept from the email link within seven days.
Roles
- Admin — billing, domains, team, and all projects
- Editor — create and publish content; no billing
- Viewer — read-only access for stakeholders
Pending invites
Resend or revoke invites from the same Team screen. Expired invites disappear after seven days; send a new one if needed. For SSO workspaces, users must also be allowed by your identity provider.
